Arleen Smith is a compassionate clinician dedicated to helping adolescents and adults navigate life’s challenges while building healthier, more fulfilling lives. She supports clients experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, emotional overwhelm, and major life transitions.
Arleen utilizes evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based techniques to help clients strengthen coping skills, improve communication, and increase emotional awareness.
Known for her warm, collaborative, and supportive style, Arleen strives to create a safe therapeutic environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered throughout their healing journey.
